Susan was amazing ! She stayed with me throughout the entire process , visiting many potential new apartments with me and my daughter . When I found the place I loved she did EVERYTHING to ensure that I got it ! I felt confident and secure while signing my lease as Susan sat with me and went over every piece of my lease with me and was a huge resource for me, answering all of my questions and speaking up for my very best interest with the listing agent. Susan quickly responded to my emails/texts and really went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my new home ! (She even made the bathroom repairs herself !!! ) she was a joy to work with and I’m so happy I met such a great agent !!

Susan is an outstanding realtor and just all around fantastic human. My fiance and I were looking to buy our first home together, which is no easy process. We looked at quite a few houses that sounded great on paper but just weren't right for us but Susan never let us get discouraged. There was always another house, another day and hope for the future. She always has all the house information and made all the connections before we arrived so every walk through was just seamless. Even if it wasn't the house we wanted to make an offer on we still had fun each time and learned so much about what was really important to us in the process. She was always readily available for our questions or concerns with helpful advice, even when we had what we thought were silly questions. Every communication was so thoughtful and she was willing to go with us on any adventure. In the end Susan helped us get our dream home that we are currently moving in to! I hear other people's experiences about looking at 100 houses or having made many offers that got rejected and we simply didn't have that. Susan made what could have been a very taxing experience a true joy. We feel truly lucky and couldn't recommend her enough.

Susan has helped me through the home-buying process more than any other realtor probably would have. It's been a very long journey for me to purchase my own home with lots of ups and downs and she really helped to guide me through a hectic process of exactly what was needed and when, and advised on when to apply pressure to others involved to keep the process moving forward.
I cannot emphasize enough how much I should have gone with her recommendations for a local attorney and/or mortgage lender. While many folks are working remotely and not dedicating time into an office setting, this process was painfully slow. I appreciated how much Susan understood my situation and could inform on a process that I had lots of questions about.
Susan, thank you for helping me into my new home!
