Susan’s family moved from Wisconsin to North Carolina when she was just 11 years old, and she has been a resident of Haywood County for over 35 years. Growing up in the beautiful mountains of WNC has provided her with a friendly hometown experience. Her husband works at the local papermill, and they have had the privilege of raising their three beautiful daughters here. Through their children, Susan and her husband have experienced local schools, sports, and club activities.

When she’s not busy building her real estate business, Susan enjoys outdoor recreational time with family and friends, golfing, and hunting in the mountains, serving in her church, and being involved with community service and events. It has sincerely been a pleasure living in a small-town, friendly atmosphere, and yet so close to big-town opportunities.
