My husband, Matt and I had the great fortune of being referred to Susan Hottman of Malcolm Real Estate, Inc. after struggling to find a home in this crazy market. With the low home inventory and buyers doing crazy things to purchase homes right now, we knew we needed someone who was knowledgeable, well respected, and aggressive. Susan was all that and WAY more. She went so far above and beyond. She was there for us at a moment's notice when we had to see a home that we knew could go fast, and she worked late hours to write up strong offers. She always returned our calls/texts in a timely manner and never left us hanging. Even though, we had to put multiple offers on several homes, she never got impatient with our constant questions, and she never let us give up on our dream of finally finding the perfect home for us. She stayed current on the crazy things that sellers were asking of buyers and she was able to help us make really strong offers. In the end, we had an offer accepted on our dream home, the best of them all. Once our offer was finally accepted, Susan continued her hard work with keeping us informed with the entire process. She was even a liaison with helping us purchase furnishings from the seller. She really was with us every step of the way. Most importantly, she has become a trusted friend. We are new to the area, and I am so excited to have our first friend right around the corner. I will be referring her services for years to come.
