About Susan

In 1983, Susan was fortunate enough to purchase the building that is Beachside Realty. She has successfully worked with Buyers, Sellers, Renters and Landlords for 39 years. And she is not slowing down!!! This is her third career. Susan was born and raised in Toronto, Canada where she taught High School and Junior College. Then, she bravely launched her singing career which took her all over the world including Okinawa, Japan, Taiwan, the Philippines, England, Scotland, France, Australia, New Zealand, Las Vegas, and many venues in Ontario and Quebec. Although Real Estate is her passion, the love of singing never left. She’s currently the Musical Director at Unity Community Church in Edgewater and sings with an 18 piece orchestra called the Moonlighters.

You can reach her 24 hours a day. She is at the office 7 days a week. On some days, she's only here to feed the office cat! Real Estate is her passion, her vocation and her avocation.
