Ms.Krygiell’s resume includes nearly $1 Billion dollars in real estate transactions in the Greater Las Vegas area. She has provided real estate services for both acquisition and disposition of real estate, representing clients, and real estate investment groups from across the globe.
Her vast experience includes vacant land sales, with an emphasis on assemblage, entitlement development and concept creation for highest and best use, as well as analyzing market demand and end-user identification at a corporate level, commercial, hotel, gaming, multi-family, industrial and office property sales in the Greater Las Vegas area.
Her list of clients and investment groups include national builders, shopping center developers, and hoteliers, as well as industrial, gaming, and healthcare companies.
She also specializes in real estate auctions and has extensive knowledge of acquiring distressed assets through public auctions and trustees’ sales. Her skills also include rehabilitating, repurposing and repositioning properties for sale on the open market.
Ms. Krygiell is a multiple recipients of the Executives’ Club and Diamond Club Awards. Through hard work and expertise, she was placed in the top 10% of Realty Executive agents internationally.
She is an avid supporter of AAG (Asian American Group), the largest group of its kind in Nevada. In 2008, AAG recognized Susan as an award recipient for her active role in the development of Dragon City, China Town in Las Vegas, and for her humanitarian efforts in founding the Sublimity Life Foundation.
