Highly recommend Sue Johnston. Very personable and listened to our needs and wishes for a house without pressure. Extremely patient and enthusiastic about her work. Advocated for us throughout the negotiation and purchase process, which was especially important since we lived out of town. Continued to stay in touch even after closing the deal, and gave us great advice and recommendations.

It was great working with Sue. She listened to my wants and needs regarding finding a home and did the background work to find options that would meet my needs. She responded quickly to all my questions, and even listened to me vent my frustrations over the mortgage process! Sue even printed documents I needed since my printer didn't survive the cross-country trip. She provided great local insights and tips for me, which was great being new to the area. Thanks Sue for helping me find my Florida home!
