Susan Kennedy

Susan Kennedy's genuine interest in helping people, combined with her enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and organizational skills, has played an integral role in her successful 21-year career in real estate. She earned a degree from the University of Kentucky, majoring in Business Marketing with an emphasis on International Marketing. Susan believes that her partnership with Bluegrass Sotheby’s International Realty enables her to expand and enhance this level of service.
She is a member of several organizations, including the Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors, the Kentucky Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Susan is a supporter and Board Member of Lexington Catholic High School and Girls on the Run. She has completed multiple remodel projects in the Chevy Chase area and has worked closely on remodel projects with some of the leading kitchen and bath designers and builders in the area.
Susan strives to bring a fresh, new dimension to selling real estate with an emphasis on remodeling and investing. In her free time, she takes advantage of the outdoors with loved ones. Spending time in nature is her favorite hobby. She also loves horse racing, watching her kids’ soccer games, and enjoying the lake.
