This is our second home we have bought with Susan. She is hands down the BEST!!!! If you want someone who is honest, very hard working, and gets the job done you have to call her. She treated us like family and always has. Our 3 year old son loves her and was always so excited to go see “Miss Susan” and the “big blue house” as he calls it. We all know how awful moving can be with the paperwork, phone calls, deadlines, home renovations, banks etc. Susan’s connections and recommendations landed us our forever home and we couldn’t be happier!!!! :-)

Working with Susan was AMAZING⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
There is no BS with her, she is an incredible kind, honest, hard working lady but yet a SHARK getting the job done, extremely knowledgeable in all areas of this business, highly motivated and she made herself available to us pretty much 24/7.
She promised to have a buyer for our house in one week, by the end of that week she delivered as promised with 10+ offers on the table to choose from.
We are in the process of closing the sale of a second property also done by Susan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💥💥💥💥

I came to Syracuse from Binghamton in April 2010. I had a house to sell and my wife needed to find a job in Syracuse. Susan spent 7 hours with me during my 1st 2 days to show me dozens of houses within a radius of 30 miles around Syracuse, including Otisco and Skaneateles Lakes. Periodically from April 2010 to January 2011 Susan continued to support my home search as needed and by providing continuous listings meeting our needs. In March 2011, we sold our house. We purchased a home in Cicero in July 2012. Susan and her very capable team spent an incredible amount of time showing us homes & finding homes to consider, doing research, and you name it they supported it. Cheerfully! This was our 8th home purchase and most of our prior agents have been excellent. Hands down Susan and her team far exceeded any prior agents. Susan is the hardest working, ever cheerful, most knowledgable, accessible, and responsive agent there is, anywhere. When it comes time to sell our home Susan gets the listing.
