Susan Logan

Susan's interest in real estate began at the age of 21 when she attended classes at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL and received her Florida real estate license. She opened her own real estate brokerage office, Logan Land & Homes, Inc, in 1989. The company has assisted many clients buy and sell residential property over the years. Logan Land & Homes, Inc. has a lengthy corporate list of companies who have transferred employees to or from the area. As the broker, Susan and her company, had the honor of being featured on the cover of the REO (Real Estate Orlando) Magazine in November 2011. She was also featured in Orlando Style Magazine in their March 2013 issue as a Top Realtor. The Entrepreneur of the Year award for 2013 was given to Susan by the Women's Council of Realtors - Orlando Chapter. Additionally, Susan has been a member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA) Honor Society for a number of years. She has served on the ORRA Board of Directors for a 3-year term and at the state level for Florida Realtors as a Board of Director for about 6 years.
