Susan and Chris Loizou are knowledgeable, highly skilled professionals, and the best of husband-and-wife teams in the Washington Metro Region. Susan Loizou’s real estate experience spans over 40 years. Chris Loizou is a custom builder, building high end mansions for over 40 years as well. When they married, they decided to merge knowledge pool and contacts to become of the best teams of realtors to represent their clients. Their longevity of service to Samson Properties only cements their reputation.

Both Susan and Chris have a wealth of contacts in financial contracts, storage facilities, movers, as well as a rolodex of specialists with whom they do business. Any problems that might occur were easily handled by them to handle all basic and financial issues that might arise. Both Susan and Chris deeply care about their clients and will go far beyond expectation to help clients achieve moving and finding the right home and financial resources to achieve their goals and dreams. Moving is never an easy experience, however when problems arose in my move to a new home, they had resources and contacts for cheaper and smaller storage, excellent lending rates and accommodating personalized special needs of a family member. In my case, I had a vision problem and could not drive. Susan enlarged all the text and instructions and both Susan and Chris personally drove me to view every home they showed me. While I stayed in a long-term residential setting, which Susan and Chris found, they brought me food, and took me to grocery stores and to my financial appointments with the lender. They even were able to renegotiate lower financial terms when the prime moving company sold my storage space to someone else. Chris, with his strong background in home construction was able to instantly recognize various major issues with a home that had flooding issues in the basement, which the average buyer would not recognize. They also worked with a lender to help me at closing secure the best possible rate for the purchase of my new home that was lower than what banks were offering.

Both Susan and Chris feel this is their life mission to help people find the best home to help people to achieve personal and financial goals in their new home. In closing, after working with Susan and Chris through two home moves, I can think of no one better to work with, and all the people they work with share the same moral work ethic and are good honest and reliable people who will put buyers at ease that the job will be done efficiently, accurately, and timely to get buyers into a new home as stress-free as possible.

To put it simply, Susan and Chris are wonderful and professionally outstanding.
Working with Susan and Chris was easy, clear through communication, and trustworthy. When you are about to let other people take control of your property it’s important to know that you can trust them. Susan and Chris are people that know the real state world very well and they will make sure you collect every single penny of your property value. At the time of closing they act—metaphorically—as your “bodyguard“ to protect your assets; when paying the county and any other parties. When selling our property we were given excellent service. They kept us motivated and gave us peace of mind throughout the entire process from beginning to end. Thank You, Susan and Chris.
