We have known Sue since 2010 when she sold my husband and I our first home as newlyweds and we have kept in touch ever since. She was always ready at a moments notice to take us to see homes we were interested in and always made us feel like she had our very best interest at heart. Now we are selling our home 13 years later and Sue has been right by our side once again, helping us navigate this wild, new market that is so different from the one we experienced all those years ago. She is there for us in every way an agent should be and so many more. She keeps us informed, responds to our questions promptly, provides guidance, makes sure our kids don’t fall down any staircases and assures us that we will eventually come full circle. We have appreciated her patience and expertise through the years of searching, helping us understand each step of the process and sometimes more than willingly taking quite a beating from other agents on our behalf. We have valued her insight and dependability immensely. But most of all, Sue makes you feel like family. She’ll tell you where to get the best chicken cutlets in town while working diligently toward helping you find the home of your dreams. She’s uplifting and encouraging when it doesn’t work out and she’s genuinely excited and celebratory when it finally does. We have truly appreciated taking this house hunting journey with her and couldn’t have asked for a better agent and friend. Thanks for everything Sue! See you at the housewarming party!

From the date that we put in our offer to the date that we closed, Sue was available to answer any and all questions. Sue was extremely patient throughout the process and took the time to help us sort through our home preferences. Susan Maddaleno represented us for the sale of my mother's house in Bellmoe and the purchase of our new home in the Hamptons. Both as a seller and buyer she had our best interest in mind. She listened and adhered to our needs showing only properties which met our criteria. She took the time to understand what was important to us in a home and worked hard to find what we were looking for. She read us well and knew right away if we were not interested and never pushed a property. She always made herself available and responded quickly to any questions we might have about a property. Often questions required research and with a sense of urgency she would get us the answer. Once in contract she followed through to completion ensuring all parties met requirements. She is a professional broker which we highly recommend her.

I wholeheartedly recommend Susan for any of your real estate needs. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars! Sue has never hesitated to address my fears about coordinating the sale of my property and the simultaneous purchase of a new place to live. In a remarkable juggling act, she has been able to coordinate both transactions so that I don't have to fear selling my place but not having anywhere to go. She is extremely accessible and responsive no matter the time of day and day of the week. What I find most impressive is that Sue is genuinely happy for her clients when they sell and/or buy a home.
