Susan Marvin

Susan Marvin holds the position of South West Area Manager, overseeing residential title, escrow and closing transactions for clients and client customers through the South West region of Michigan. Her territory extends through Van Buren, Cass, and Berrien counties, and includes residential transactions in Dowagiac, New Buffalo, Niles, Paw Paw, St. Joseph and South Haven.


I have managed through the highs and lows of the title industry and am proud that my team has always maintained the highest quality of customer service. Helping our clients grow and manage their business has always been our primary focus.

Susan started her career as an escrow officer in the title industry in 1996 with The Title Office, Inc. (now known as Chicago Title of Michigan). After three months, she was promoted to County Manager for Berrien County, Michigan. Prior to that, she worked in the banking industry as an assistant manager and loan officer for 15 years.
