I have known Susan for a long time. She helped me years ago when the market was going down, and we managed to sell a great property in the nick of time, together. I have been trying to buy a house for quite some time. It has taken possibly the act of God to get a loan! Once the loan was in place it was off to see what we could afford to get into! We again as a team found a property within my perimeters (which was very difficult). We made an offer, other offers were higher, but it was Susan's persistence and due diligence not to mention her quick wit and sense of humor that won the bid. I will be a home owner once again, thanks to Susan! She is one great Agent that will not give up on your dreams of home ownership. It is amazing that she put up with my difficult and persistent behavior, I'm eternally grateful she did! Great job Susan!
