Susan McDonnell

As a realtor for the past 15 years, Susan has been able to combine her passions, expertise, experience, and commitment to people achieving fulfillment in life. She has been recognized professionally many times - including being named one of the top real estate agents in Orange County by Orange Coast Magazine in 2015 and 2019.

She pours her years in sales, business ownership, and interior design into a mix that includes meticulous detail and a tireless work ethic to create results that continuously exceed her clients’ expectations. With a degree in Economics, she is a master at adapting to macroeconomic trends as they affect her clients’ needs.

Her ability to solve problems and intimately manage every aspect of a transaction, from staging to closure, in a personal, compassionate, and seamless way is possibly Susan’s most distinguishing quality. Susan is in love with Orange County and its diverse and extraordinary culture. Many of her past clients have become close friends. She gives back to her community by serving as a volunteer docent at the Mission in San Juan Capistrano. Susan is passionate about ending hunger and homelessness and actively supports Serra’s Pantry and Home Aid Orange County.

Susan has traveled to almost thirty countries and has visited every state, including Alaska which she visited in 2019. She enjoys the beach and practicing yoga.

Fun fact: Susan married her college sweetheart 30 years later!
