I was looking for a house for over two years, downsizing from my previous home, but no luck either getting heavily outbid or just lack of inventory for what I was looking for. Then I met with Heather. She took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, helped me set realistic expectations, and guided me to make a sound decision on placing a bid. She was very flexible with time, willing to look at night or on the weekend. The second home we approached our bid was accepted. Heather showed up at settlement (which many realtors don't always do so) and answered all of my questions with firm industry knowledge.
