It was my lucky day when a friend and I were talking about selling my home and she referred me to Susan Miller of Keller Williams Realty, East Valley. I just didn’t realize exactly how lucky I would be!

Susan is an energetic, optimistic, hard-working people person. She is a cracker jack at her job—staying in communication, giving sage advice, encouraging, explaining how processes work, honing in on a reasonable listing price, marketing, networking, and always, always, always so upbeat and positive. Besides being highly skilled in all technical aspects of real estate, she’s warm and caring and feels like a close friend. Even when there might be a bump along the way with an inspection, or the need to adjust a listing price, she presents information that is kind and makes sense. She has a team of experts—office staff, stager, photographer, handyman—who are smart, trustworthy, and efficient when a client needs help.

Susan sold my home in Phoenix in 2016 and then my Sedona home in 2022. I’m wondering if there will be a way to get her to sell my current home in Indiana when the day comes that I move again.

And yet another bonus: when you hire Susan, you also get Grant, her wonderful husband and business partner. What a team! Didn’t I say I was lucky? So much heartfelt appreciation to Susan and Grant.

I was referred to Grant and called him with a difficult request: I was only in town for that day and wanted to look at homes and we were pretty specific about the style of home we wanted. He said he'd get to work and call me back shortly. Sure enough, an hour or so later he called back with a beautiful home for us to tour.

If I had to choose one word to describe Susan and Grant Miller it would be "Genuine" they are the real deal, not just your typical sales people. They are honest in their assessment of the market conditions and really make you feel at ease in what is really a stressful time, selling your home.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Susan & her team were amazing in the work they did in selling my mother's house. Susan had her photographer in to take some great pictures, had a wonderful strategy to get interest in the house, vetted the offers, and helped me understand the whole process. Having never sold a property before, and doing it as POA, I had no idea what I was doing, but they guided me through it all. And had things in place for my husband & I to stay on our schedule to move out of state.
As a 30+ year old manufactured home there were a few issues that needed addressed for the sale to go through. Susan handled everything, constantly kept me informed, & had the whole thing wrapped up in just over a month.
I can't say enough good things about Susan & her team, they made this experience much easier, & less scary, then I ever thought it would be.

Let me say from the start, I am not always the easiest person to work with and have very high expectations. The Miller Team and their staff continually exceeded even my highest expectations. After speaking with a few other realtors we appreciated how straightforward she was and how quick she was to pull a plan together to not only get the most for our home but make the transition as easy as possible for us. We were moving out of state and Susan took care of everything for us. She was always on top of anything that needed to be addressed and made sure everything ran as smooth as possible every step of the way. She really went above and beyond to check on our house after we left the state and make sure we knew everything little detail of what was happening was sent to us. Susan and her team did an outstanding job and went above and beyond my expectations. I hired Susan to sell my house in Arizona while I moved to New Hampshire. During my time in New Hampshire, Susan managed the entire process of getting my house ready and staged for sale. Susan kept me updated on everything that was happening to my house and gave guidance on what is next to do. When it came time to list the house for sale, Susan used all of her resources and marketing skills to advertise the house. A few days later, we had multiple offers on our house and Susan help us navigate this situation to ensure we get top dollar for our house. After we went under contract, Susan’s support didn’t stop there. We had a situation where weeds needed to be pulled and our lawn mowed. Since we were in New Hampshire, it was not possible for us to remedy situation. Susan and her team stepped up and personally took care of these items for us for no additional charge.

The Miller Team (Susan and Grant) were fantastic during both the selling process for my old house and the buying process for my new house. Susan actually stopped by my house before I had decided to sell it (she is a mind reader!..lol...Actually I saw one of the Miller Team mailers and went to her website and this initiated her to contact me). Susan and I discussed why I was wanting to sell the home (I was the original owner for 27 years) and what I had upgraded. She took a personal interest in me and my home and when I finally was ready to list the home she handled everything from listing it, scheduling and holding an open house, scheduling all the viewings with me (we had quite a few), communicating and coordinating with the mortgage company and the title company, and negotiating the sale with the buyer to reach a favorable agreement on the sale of the home.

Grant was also fantastic in helping me find and purchase a new home. He drove me out to view several homes and was very knowledgeable about the east valley area and the homes that were available in the area. He provided guidance and advise while looking at homes and listed to what I was looking for so we were able to find the perfect home for me. Susan and Grant were fantastic during and after the whole selling and buying process and I consider then both good friends now! I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. Choosing The Miller Team was the best decision I could have ever made when listing my home. The guidance they gave me was invaluable and the help and recommendations they offered getting my home ready to place on the market was unbelievable. I have had the pleasure of working with the Miller Team 3 times to

day and the others within 3 days. Susan was wonderful and made
