Susan Mullane

Susan graduated in 1978 from Harwood Union High School in Vermont. She obtained her BA in Psychology from Southern Connecticut University in New Haven, CT.

Susan has been a licensed full-time Realtor for 30 years working. Her decision in 2008 to join Weichert Realtors in Branford was based on her desire to provide better service to her clients and grow professionally in the real estate industry.

Susan's philosophy has always been to handle business professionally yet with a personal touch. She holds several designations which include Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and incorporates an additional 90 hours of specialized training and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) which adds specific criteria to assist buyers.

Susan holds service and integrity as a number one goal. She was named "Best Service Agent of the Year" a number of times and honored with the "Award for Achievement”, “Executive Club Award" and the recipient of "Agent of the Month" on multiple occasions. Recently she was honored with the designation of being "Agent of the Month" for Weichert Affiliates throughout the United States.

Susan has resided in Branford since 1990 where she is well known in the community as an active member of the Shoreline Chamber of Commerce, serving on several committees as Chairperson. She is the founder of the Sound Network Group and has done fundraising for the Blackstone Library. Her passion is Camp Rising Sun which is a camp for kids who have had childhood cancer.
