I had tenants living in the house at the time of sales, and she was able to work with them to cooperate and was able to sell the house in a short period of time and made best deal for me. Susan OH truly did an amazing job on my behalf, from start to finish. I had previously listed my property with another brokerage for a few months, but was unable to make a sale. Then, when I transitioned to having Susan act as my listing agent, she transformed the house for prospective buyers in the most beautiful way. Susan was the best help I could ask for. She has an amazing team behind her who is responsive, professional and experienced. With her help I was able to buy a house with a super low interest rate in under two weeks especially during times of Covid. During the bidding process, she was very knowledgeable on what actions to take to increase my chances of winning. Afterwards, she set me up with her team who guided me through the paperwork each step of the way.
