I've lived and worked in the Douglas County area since 1981. I'm a retired public servant who has extensive knowledge about the area. I've spent the past 16 years utilizing my experience and increasing my education in an effort to provide the highest level of service to my clients.
Effective negotiating skills and the ability to show restraint are a couple of the most important attributes realtors need. The most significant thing I can tell you about any real estate transaction is, that no matter the problem, there is always a solution. Many times, all it takes is a little patience and an ability to think outside the "box" in order to find a resolution.
I enjoy working with first time home buyers, those who are looking for a larger home as their families grow, and those who are finding the need to downsize as their nests become empty. I also love helping sellers of residential properties and my listings have a record of being on the market for an average of just 6 days.
Education is a top priority for me. I've earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Council of Residential Specialist (CRS), and the Technology Expert (e-PRO) designation.
