Susan facilitates and coordinates the many efforts involved in marketing, leasing, and selling a property. She coordinates tenant improvement work while serving as the contact person for property information. In addition, as a licensed real estate agent, Susan plays an active role in property tours and tenant solicitation.
Susan is trained in the research process and works daily with CB Richard Ellis' computer database and network capabilities. She tracks available properties, sales and lease transactions, absorption, and vacancy rates. Susan is responsible for collecting demographic and regional market data in order to provide unparalleled service for the clientele.
Susan Evans has been with CB Richard Ellis since November 1996. Prior to working at CB Richard Ellis, Susan was employed in commercial property management for three years. She was responsible for tenant retention, tenant improvement coordination, vendor supervision, budget projections, and operating expense reimbursements for these facilities. Her experience in property management helped her develop strong tenant relation skills.
