Susan Rainey -Maguire

Susan Rainey Maguire is a third-generation realtor and a 20-year veteran as a relocation specialist with an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation. She coaches clients in the process of residential property sales and purchases throughout the Louisville Metro Area. Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Susan grew up in the business helping Lucia Rainey - her grandmother and founder of Rainey Associates - and later her father, A. Scott Rainey. After a successful nine-year career with Capital Holding, Susan joined Rainey Allen and Shaw in 1995 where she is consistently a multi-million-dollar producer.
