Susan was amazing! I work in the homebuilding industry and have dealt with hundreds of REALTORS®, and Susan is as good as they come. Her responsiveness and communication are second to none. The night before our scheduled closing, Susan realized there was a problem with the seller's documents that would have prevented us from closing on time. As soon as she realized that, she personally drove all the way to Houston and back to make sure the signed documents were delivered to Title to allow us to close on time! That is just one example of how Susan went above and beyond. Our purchase was fairly small compared to what Susan usually deals with (it was a second home), but she consistently treated us like we were her only client. I don't hesitate in giving Susan the highest recommendation and believe she would provide the same level of customer service to any customer.

I love working with Susan! She has been going above and beyond to help me find the perfect home for my family. Buying a house can be an extremely stressful situation, but Susan is doing her best to make it an easy and fun process. She responds very quickly anytime I ask her a question and has shown us some great options so far. She really listens to what I want and I don't feel pressured to do anything.
