Susan is the consummate professional. She will disarm you with her cheery disposition which makes her a joy to work with, but more importantly when it counts she will impress you with her business acumen. Her many years of experience serve her well in delivering top notch service backed by knowledge of all of the moving parts that make up a real estate transaction. She is perceptive, intuitive, and a good negotiator. She will bend over backwards for you, and will always make you feel like you are her one and only client.

We had a great experience with Susan purchasing our home in Temecula. She came highly recommended by a friend who had a good experience with her, and we were not disappointed. We would use her again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Susan!

Susan Ritter is the best Realtor in San Diego County, Riverside County and the Inland Empire area. I stumbled on Susan accidentally and what a blessing that has been. She is well versed in the surrounding area—having lived and invested in the counties she herself has committed to. In just under a few years, I have purchased my primary home, 2 investment properties and a 6 acre parcel. And I’m currently working on a 5th property via a 1031 exchange. Without Susan’s expertise, I am sure I may have never moved from my prior home in Northern California. Susan makes the go-sees, the offers, the escrow SO easy. You just sit back and she takes care of all the details. Carefully planning out the home views, timing entry with the broker, mapping the homes to save on commute and back-tracking. And with the current climate (Spring 2021) —this being a buyers market—with several offers above listing price—Susan brings her best weapon—her vivacious personality. In fact, the last investment I purchased, my offer was chosen because the owner (also the listing broker) fell in love with Susan during our meet and greet and we were confident if there were multiple similar offers, ours would be chosen. And our offer was accepted. This is also true of my primary house purchased in 2018.
This home sold days before Susan could check out this property on my behalf. As soon as it fell out of escrow, the listing agent was first on the phone with Susan to notify her. Susan dropped everything, drove to the property and knew it was my future home based on our prior viewings and discussions. I had Susan place an offer at full asking price. The owner did not accept my offer unless I physically checked out the property. I took the red-eye to San Diego—Susan picked me up at the airport and we made the offer and it was accepted. I knew this unique property would not last long on the market. Did I mention, that Susan put me up at her house for the night and brought me back to the airport the following morning? A year later, a few neighbors told me they were interested in my property, but the “for sale” sign was taken down SO quickly, they didn’t even have time to make an appointment to see the property. You need an agent that is fast, courteous, knowledgeable and at the top of their game. That agent is Susan. She took what may have been a stressful period and turned it into fun. Susan and I are now long-time friends—but it all started with just a simple inquiry through a realtor app. My good fortune indeed to meet a Realtor and a friend in Susan Ritter.

Susan is amazing! She truly cares about your well-being and what works best for you and your family. She takes everything into account and is very thorough. She has fantastic work ethic and is never hard to get a hold of. She’s always eager to explain anything you might be confused about and has your best interests in mind.
