Susan works in the beautiful Tampa Bay Area of Florida. She loves helping clients find homes that meet their needs in the communities that match the lifestyles they desire. Whether it be Dunedin with it’s dog friendly community, numerous festivals, and beautiful Honeymoon Island, Saint Petersburg with it’s fun downtown nightlife, the master-planned community of Westchase with community swim and tennis centers, golf course, playgrounds, parks, and picnic pavilions or any other of Tampa Bay‘s unique and thriving communities. She is a Certified International Property Specialist and in addition to being able to help clients relocating from another state or purchasing a vacation property, she is able to assist international clients looking to purchase in the U.S and educate them on the differences between the process in their home country and the U.S. She can also assist U.S. clients looking to enjoy retirement in another country. She also helps sellers get the most money for their homes while honoring their time frame so that they may move on to their next life adventures. She guides her clients through the process of navigating inspections, appraisals, and negotiations to successful closings.
