Susan approaches her real estate practice with focus on financial data. Coming from years of experience in commercial real estate development, she joined the residential market after working at KPMG silicon valley office. She takes a highly analytical approach to her work and is also very reliable and practicable while helping clients achieve their goals.

On a personal note, Susan spent more than 10 years living in each of the following countries: China, Canada and the United States. She traveled and lived in Seattle, Vancouver and Chicago and several small towns. Now settled in the Bay Area since 2014, she understands the wants and needs of many newcomers from all over the world who want to settle here. Her passion for helping people allows her to connect with her clients, assisting them from the beginning to the end.
