Susan Sweeney

Susan is an energetic, purposeful professional with a passion for helping her clients find a home that is the perfect fit for them. Dedication to her clients, enthusiasm in the search, knowledge of both the real estate market and the Denver community, and integrity in the negotiation process are a few of her hallmarks. For over twenty years, Susan has lived, worked, and played in the Hilltop neighborhood while raising her two sons. As they were growing, Susan became an active and involved community organizer for a broad range of civic and non-profit organizations. Between that community involvement and other activities such as tennis, golf, cycling, and snowshoeing, Susan has a wide network of contacts to draw upon in the search for your perfect property. Susan is enthusiastic about architecture, construction, and home renovation. Her interest has been fueled by her education in architecture (Attending the master’s degree Program in Architecture and Planning at the University of Colorado) and construction project management. She has both residential and commercial project management experience that can aid in the envisioning process of home renovation. Success in residential real estate is often based on referrals. With that in mind, it is Susan's goal to inspire confidence and trust in her clients so that they can refer her to their friends and family and use her themselves over and over through the years for their residential real estate needs.
