A real estate professional since 1985, Susan Swift brings many years of Real Estate passion and experience to her position as managing broker of Coldwell Banker’s Edgebrook and Evanston offices. Susan considers herself and her Agents business partners, working together to help her Real Estate Brokers and their clients meet their goals. A lifelong Chicagoan, Susan earned a bachelor’s degree in Education from Loyola University. She began her professional career in a teaching profession which she believes enhanced her ability to coach Real Estate Agents to an elevated level of success, whether working with Real Estate Buyers, Sellers, Investors or Renters. When she decided to try the real estate business, it did not take long for her to realize she had found her passion. She instantly loved the way her career allowed her to improve the lives of others.

Also, a certified business and life coach, Susan Swift has been sharing her leadership skills as a managing broker since 1995. She focuses her approach on guiding affiliated agents to create a thriving business, while leading a balanced life. Susan truly loves guiding others and strives to build a very inclusive culture in her office. By offering one-on-one personal business strategy sessions, ongoing professional development and extensive resources from Coldwell Banker, she supports affiliated agents to build their business.
A resident of Lincolnwood since 1986, Susan is also a strong community resource. When not focused on business, she spends time with her children and grandchildren. She is also learning to speak Spanish and donates her time to many community organizations.
