This was our house in MD. I found Susie from our neighbor that sold their house just over a year before we sold ours. I touched base with her telling her that we would very much like to use her services when we were ready to sell. Susie sent me a very nice card in the mail with all her information. I in turn called and told her thank you for her contact info and that we will keep in touch when the time comes to sell our house.
I finally called Susie and asked her if we could use her services and she was beyond thrilled. After quite a few months, and me going back and forth from MD to Nevada, Susie was very understanding when I only had a few days in MD to get the house in order to put it on the market. She was the best realtor that I had the pleasure in working with. Susie listened to me and always had great input, the most patient person I know. Susie went above and beyond what was asked of her and thank you seems to be not enough. If anyone needs or is thinking of selling their house in the not too distant future, I would want Susie on the job for sure. Thank you again Susie for ALL your hard work. ♡

Wow! Wow! Wow! Susie is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is an excellent agent who is professional, helpful, transparent, reliable and would go the extra mile for her clients. She really cared about us and completely understood our needs from the beginning. When we first met Susie, she explained that she loves what she does and love to help clients find their forever home.

We are so happy with the service Susan Szatkowski(Susie) put on while renting our property, it was a smooth process because of Susie's professional, caring and helpful nature.

All thanks go to Susie and her team at Keller William United Group. She did a great job leading us through the process.

She was always available to answer all our questions as they arise and of course they were not all at the same call. She takes every piece of the puzzle so personally turning a messy house and the big backyard (forest) to a very decent living space. Susie if we go back to market in search of another investment property you will be the first person we call!
