Susan Tetrault

As a native mid-westerner, Susan has made an impact on the Real Estate industry since 1987, focusing on single family homes, condominiums, apartment buildings and land from Chicago to the North Shore.

Susan feels to be in real estate this long and successful you must love it and she does. She loves the diversity; every day is different. By knowing the market and translating that to her client’s needs makes for a great challenge. A positive outlook on life has always been behind everything Susan does. Once you are her client you are her client for life. You may recognize Susan from her multiple appearances on the popular HGTV show House Hunters. If you are going to buy a home with Susan, you never know, you just might end up on television! Yes, she loves being in front of the camera.

Susan has received numerous awards as a multi-million-dollar producer. She is a member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®. Her certifications include Social Media Expert (CSM) and Certified Negotiating Expert (CNE).
As a founding member of the Al-Bazi+Tetrault Real Estate Team, Susan and Dan have been business partners for over 20 years. They have a talent for finding properties that are not actively listed on the MLS and have sales totaling over $500,000,000 in their careers. The relationships they have nurtured between attorneys, lenders, inspectors and staging companies makes for a successful transaction.

Susan loves to donate her time to REALTORS® to the Rescue and Concordia Place. She has lived in Chicago since 1983. Favorite hobbies include cooking and dining out at new restaurants with friends. She currently lives in Ukrainian Village and has resided in many neighborhoods of Chicago giving her consistent knowledge of the Chicagoland Area. Her daughter, Danielle, who was raised in Chicago, recently received her Master’s Degree in Psychology and moved back to Chicago from Iowa (yes, she is a Hawkeye) to be closer to the family.
