Susan Ungerleider

Combining a master’s degree and more than a decade of experience in Architecture with her current work as a Realtor, Susan jokingly refers to herself as an Archi-tor. With a practiced eye and an innovator's spirit, she is quick to point out to her buyer clients a property’s hidden virtues or potential pitfalls. Listing clients benefit from a skill set developed from her time working as an architectural project manager, as well as her fearless attitude in negotiations.

Susan’s work ethic is polished, precise, and efficient. She works hard to anticipate client needs, whether during a real estate transaction or after the sale, while collaborating with clients to shape a home as their own. Susan is a LEED Accredited Professional and a National Sustainable Design Competition winner. Proud to be a Bull City native, she delights in giving clients what they want and finds it particularly exciting when it happens in ways they do not expect.
