Susan real estate strengths center on her clients. Whether representing Sellers, Investors, Developers, or First Time Home Buyers, (or 2nd/3rd time ++ Buyers) 2020 was a year of excellence about navigating the challenging & competitive waters of Multiple Offer Situations, and 2021 is seeing a similar trend. Because she works with so many Sellers, she can see what other agents are submitting in terms of offers and then utilize this information to her Buyer-Client’s benefit. She guides her clients and am humbly grateful to be able to say that she has repeatedly secured “first position” for her Buyers, helping them to beat out other offers and get the home or investment property of their dreams. The same Client-centric experience has yielded her a solid history of negotiating top dollar & optimal terms contracts for her Sellers' homes, too.

She works by referral so rather than “cold-calling” people she does not know; she is able to devote her time to taking care of those who have placed their trust in her. She is blessed that her current and past clients keep her busy with their circles of friends and relatives who need a good Realtor. It’s because she grew up as the middle child of a family of seven that she is so people-oriented, but the bottom line they form bonds and friendships, and this is her favorite thing about her chosen career.
