Susan stepped into a difficult situation with calm professionalism that her many years of experience in the industry and her own personal fortitude and dedication to her client. Words cannot express the gratitude my brother Donald and I have for Susan Williams. We began our relationship in 2022 when we were tasked with handling the affairs of my deceased parents. We had vagrants , relatives who squatted in the property resulting in damage and legal problems. Most realtors would have walked away but she saw our determination to see it through and encouraged and guided us through the process. There were times when we thought things weren't going to work out especially when the buyers broker was dragging his feet. Susan rolled up her sleeves and fought to ensure that things moved forward. Her efforts paid off in that we were fortunate to find a couple who bought their first home in a good neighborhood with friendly helpful people. All of the things we wanted happened because '
God put her in our lives at the right time to do the right thing. if you ever need a realtor she's the one. Let us not forget Sunbelt Title company with whom Susan has an excellent working relationship also came through for us. Well done and thank you to all.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Susan to sell my father's home. I'm based on the West Coast and needed a realtor who was a great agent, a partner in helping me get a home ready to go to market, and an expert in my father's neighborhood in Oviedo. Susan is all three! I don't know how I could have gotten through this sale without her.

Susan brought market expertise to help me determine which repairs and updates needed focus, she has a rolodex of industry specialists who were all happy to help with repairs -- a god send when I knew no one in the area.

When it came time to sell, Susan recommended a strategic price based on her read of the market, and it paid off. We received multiple offers and were under contract in just a few days.

Beyond all of the above, she is simply a pleasure to work with. A true partner, friend, and ally. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

Where do I even start? Not only is Susan an amazing realtor, she is a good person. Susan has worked so hard, and so patiently with us the past few months to help find us our first home. She is knowledgeable, extremely ethical, and knows how to get the deal done. I loved how she had our best interest at heart and never pushed us into anything- but when the time came she knew what it would take to win our home. After watching the housing market from the sidelines for several years we decided to dive in as first time buyers in an extremely competitive seller’s market. I knew, after coming across her name on multiple occasions, that Susan was THE agent to have in the market in which we were looking. Our first effort fell through at the last minute due to problems on the seller’s end. We were crestfallen and tired and retreated back into the rental market for several years, casually watching the market and occasionally entertaining a property here and there for several years. During this time, Susan was always a phone call away and was a reliable and extremely knowledgeable resource whom I also came to regard as a friend. In December with the rental market spiraling sky-high our home buying effort ratcheted into high gear. We found a property, but in a seller’s market now of historical proportions, we had to rely on Susan’s expertise more than ever to fast-track a competitive offer without abandoning our protections and interests as buyers. Susan won us the contract and guided the entire process from start to close over a very stressful three week period (spanning the Christmas holidays!) always looking out for our best interests and safeguards. We had a very short time to find a home in Orlando and Susan made it a breezy for us. She found us a dream home that we could afford and helped us close the deal quickly without any surprises.
