Susane Sampson

Since becoming a full time Licensed Real Estate Agent in 1996, Susane has been helping families achieve their dream of home ownership. From 1997-2000, Susane was a sales associate for Homes by Kremer in Munroe Falls, OH, which was a custom home builder. Working for this company, Susane’s primary focus was the sale of lots, and custom-built homes, and she had a direct involvement with The Parade of Homes. Susane assisted buyers throughout the entire custom home building process from lot selection, custom design choices, and finalizing the day they moved into their new home. From 2000-2008 Susane worked for Kremer Realty in Munroe Falls as a Sales Associate and became a Top Producer. Susane began working with Realty One as a Top Producing Sales Associate in 2008, and in 2010, Realty One merged with Howard Hanna where she has been ever since.
