Susanna Abrahamson

Real estate runs deep in Susanna’s family, along with deep community roots. This former high school English teacher pursued her intense interest in houses, putting her right in line with her grandmother who started a successful real estate company in Florida, and her mother who practiced real estate in the Bay Area. As a Bend, OR real estate broker for Duke Warner and a mother of two boys, Susanna understands the importance of finding the right neighborhood and school district.

“My father emigrated here from Germany, and owned restaurants full of immigrant workers from many countries, so from early on, I’ve gained a unique ability to be comfortable with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds,” says Susanna. Personable and friendly, Susanna has a wide range of interests: She is an avid runner, downhill skier, soccer player and coach. She is actively involved in her children’s schools and advocates for families and children with special needs. Susanna also loves to read and knows a good deal about wines (two interests that combine well for a relaxing evening!)

Susanna says that she appreciates the professionalism and camaraderie she experiences at Duke Warner, as well as the mutual support all the brokers give one another. She first came into contact with Duke Warner through now-fellow broker, Jason Boone—she plays soccer with Jason’s wife, Karin.
As an 11-year veteran of Bend, and a mother and wife active in the community, Susanna offers a unique and useful perspective on the Central Oregon real estate market.
