Si Nguyen was an amazing Realtor that we recently utilized to sell and purchase a new home. Our family was in transition and we just had a first child. We wanted to move to a family friendly community with great schools. Si went above and beyond in selling and buying our new home. His customer service is top notch and he is consistently respectful, courteous and friendly to us throughout the entire process. He is quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. And kept us consistently update on the process. In selling our home, Si was able to give very helpful advice and suggestions to ensure that we got top dollar for our old home. We actually were able to sell it way above than what I thought. His advice and suggestions made all the difference. Si was very hands on and came to assist in all aspect of selling the home from renovations to inspections. In purchasing our new home, Si was very patience and provide us with top notch customer service. He spent months looking at homes with us and, again, due to his great advice and suggestions - we were able to close on our new home. I feel we got a great deal and Si assist us in achieving that goal. His strategy and experience is invaluable.

My husband and I are first time home buyers and we did not know where to start at all. My aunt Diana suggested we try this company, we did and we are ecstatic that we did. Si was great! Even when our 1st house fell through he still stuck by us. And now we about to close escrow in the next two days. He's very professional, he helped us out with everything. He made it easy to ask questions. Si is extremely hard working, he demonstrates extraordinary customer service through out the home buying experience with a very knowledgeable, pleasant, and extremely professional manner. He was very perceptive at getting us exactly what we wanted in a house. I would recommend we to any and every one I've ever came across or will ever come across, who is considering buying a home. I couldnt ask to find a better realtor. Amazing, simply amazing realtor, we are so grateful to have had him in our life.
