Specializing in Manhattan luxury residential and commercial properties, Susie has enjoyed the real estate business for the past 19 years. She handles each real estate transaction with much thought and consideration, approaching each one as if they were her own deal. With excellent client relation skills known throughout the industry, Susie brings diverse experience to the table, including residential leasing, sales, property management, construction, and real estate business operations/management. Additionally, she works with developers in condo conversions towards a path of a successful project.
Originally from Los Angeles, Susie meshes a West coast personality into an East coast environment. Her diverse background has led her to a wide range of multiethnic clients. Susie received her Bachelor’s Degree from UCLA with a double major in Political Science and Business Economics, where she was a member of the top ranked NCAA UCLA women's golf team.
She started early in the family business of international commodities trading, but always invested in real estate on the side. Upon moving to Manhattan, and shortly after her first NYC purchase, Susie became an agent to help others benefit from her experience and market knowledge. In addition to holding a New York State Associate Broker license, Susie also holds a real estate sales license in the state of California and a Broker's Licenses in New Jersey. She hopes to broaden her horizons by taking her real estate career nationally and even globally one day. Susie has lived in various neighborhoods throughout Manhattan, including the Upper West Side, Midtown East, Lower East Side, Tribeca, as well as her current residence in the Financial District.
