Susie Wargin

A 4th generation Colorado native, Susie knows the Front Range well. She was born in Denver, raised in Broomfield, and has lived in Fort Collins, Longmont and Lone Tree.

Real Estate has been a part of Susie’s life for as long as she can remember. Her mom was a RE/MAX agent from 1976 to 2022 and Susie worked at RE/MAX in Broomfield from the ages of 12-20.

Between a Speech Communications degree from Colorado State University and 31 years of broadcasting in radio and TV, Susie is well versed in communicating effectively and listening intently. In addition, her experience in real estate has spawned great negotiation skills and the ability to trouble shoot transactions.

In 2023, Susie closed 42 transactions & nearly $22.9 million in sales placing her as the #1 producing agent in her DTC office and the #5 residential real estate agent at RE/MAX Alliance (800+ agents).

Susie has been married to Mike for 27 years and they have two busy young adult children. She loves running and cycling, spends NFL Weekends on the Broncos sidelines as the radio reporter for the Denver Broncos Radio Network and embraces her love for music as the midday DJ for 103.5 The Fox. She especially loves her full-time job as a Realtor and strives to make every client feel like they are her only client. She would love to be YOUR Realtor!
