Suzanne is remarkable. I worked with two other realtors before I found her. She is the best realtor I have ever worked with because she makes it seem as though you are the only client she is working with even though she is very busy. She has been supportive and positive though the seriously challenging process to find the right house in my price range. Suzanne's knowledge of all of the areas I have looked in is remarkable. From Evergreen to Indian Hills to all over Littleton and Lakewood, Suzanne has valuable, in depth knowledge that helps tremendously when looking in areas I am unfamiliar with. I can't say enough about working with Suzanne. In the last three years, we have worked together on two separate real estate transactions; the purchase of a condominium and the sale of the same property when I re-located to another state. During both transactions, Suzanne's knowledge, experience, and guidance were very helpful, but her dedication to me as a client was truly remarkable. In both transactions, unexpected complications prolonged the process beyond what either of us could have ever imagined. However, Suzanne remained committed to doing all she could to inform and guide me through to ensure a successful completion of both deals. I have bought and sold over 12 houses in the last 25 years. I never had such a honest, caring, ethical realtor. Her name is Suzanne Bailey with Keller Williams Realty. I listed my home with Suzanne last month and she was on top of every issue that came up, advised me promptly with professional advise every step of the transaction and all I could say is that she is the best realtor I have had. This is coming from a New Yorker and so this is saying something as I know how demanding I am. Thank you Suzanne for all your tenacious hard work and persistence.
