Suzanne and her husband have lived in Larchmont for over 30 years, where they have raised three children, and have lived in and renovated four different homes. Suzanne grew up in Larchmont, and she and her children all attended the Mamaroneck school system. As a result, she has first-hand knowledge of the schools and what they have to offer different children with varying interests and needs. In addition, Suzanne's experience living in and renovating multiple homes in the area gives her a unique ability to see the potential in every situation.

Suzanne has had a successful career leading marketing, strategy and business development for fashion, apparel, and home brands. As EVP of Carter's, she honed her marketing and consumer insight skills related to working with young families. She knows how to assess the competitive landscape and determine the best way to position, price and market a home to potential buyers.

Suzanne grew up in a real estate family. She joins her mother, Marian Misad, a highly successful and respected Larchmont real estate broker with over 40 years of experience. Together they work to achieve innovative and winning outcomes for their clients.
Suzanne is passionate about the community and all it has to offer. On a personal note, her clients describe her as an energetic and positive person. She loves to play tennis, is an active member of a neighborhood book club and takes walks through Manor Park every chance she gets! She earned her BA in English and her MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan.
