Suzanne helped us buy a house in Fletcher Terrace and sell our condo in La Mesa. We chose her for convenience because her office at the time was on the commercial level of the condos, but we certainly lucked out. We turned out to be difficult buyers. We are usually easy to deal with but we withdrew an offer after an inspection showed too many unexpected problems. Another house we made the offer but would not participate in a feeding frenzy. Suzanne was patient and told us not to worry, that we would find a place. We got a good place at a fair price with her guidance. Suzanne then helped us get top dollar for the condo.

Suzanne is excellent at the technical part: easy to contact, quick with the paperwork, suitably assertive with other agents. I cannot recommend her highly enough. We had four houses previously so this recommendation is based on substantial experience.

Suzanne not only represented me once but twice! I really struggled internally to sell, which led me to de-list my property. But after a family personal emergency, and Suzanne reassuring me it was a good opportunity to sell and the estimated forecast I was able to make an informed decision and re-list with Suzanne again. She did not look down upon me and was just as happy to represent me again. Suzanne is very direct (NO BS) which I like, results are what matters and she delivered right when I needed it! She was always easy to reach, and worked hard for me against my HOA and to get the best amount for my place, with the smoothest process to the end. I have since moved states, but I would absolutely recommend Suzanne to anyone truly ready to sell their place, LISTEN to her advice and recommendations as she knows what she is doing at a time you may not. Thanks so much Suzanne I'm truly in a much better place thanks to your work ethic and genuine self! Wish you the best, and thanks again! You will not be disappointed with Suzanne!

Suzanne had helped our friends sell their house in Santee so when my wife and I were ready to sell our house and buy a new one we reached out to Suzanne. She only needed one open house to get our offer to buy our house at asking price and orchestrated the purchase of our new home within the same 30 day window.. I've had plenty of disappointing experiences with realtors so I was on guard when we first started working with Suzanne Coleman. Boy was I pleasantly incorrect. Suzanne met with us, listened to our needs and was assertive for us when needed. In situations where I've had other realtors just shrug their shoulders and say "oh well," Suzanne was instead proactive and represented our best interests. She is by far one of the best realtors I have met and I feel fortunate to know her. She is professional, knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor.
