Suzanne is a native Charlottean and found her calling when she became a Realtor® in 2000. After graduating from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, she spent several years in marketing and sales before joining GTE as an Economic Forecaster. That experience has been especially valuable in helping her determine solid pricing strategies and consumer confidence for buyers and sellers for the past 20 years. She joined HM Properties in 2020.

She absolutely loves sharing her expertise of the various areas and neighborhoods while acclimating newcomers to the Charlotte lifestyle, schools, and amenities. Suzanne loves her hometown and chooses to live a purposeful life. She believes in helping her neighbors improve their economic mobility and self-worth. Her involvement with Charlotte Family Housing and Roof Above helps fulfill this dream and a portion of each of her closings goes to these organizations. She was featured on the TV show, Charlotte Today, and discussed how to help sellers prepare their homes for the spring market. She was also on the cover of the “Real Producers” magazine which highlights the top two hundred area real estate agents in the Charlotte region.

Suzanne and her husband, Jeff, raised four children and are now grandparents and empty nesters. They live in the SouthPark area with their Golden Doodle, Sadie and understand the importance of finding the perfect haven. Her love for entertaining makes their home the center of family celebrations, dinners with friends and impromptu parties. Purchasing, renovating, and renting investment properties is helping them reach their retirement goals. Jeff is a licensed General Contractor and his company, JSC Home Connection, specializes in renovating and restoring homes. He is also a licensed real estate agent and helps support Suzanne’s buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs. He performed full-time as a keyboard player in Detroit for 10 years and continues to play in various area bands.
