Suzie specializes in helping her clients build wealth through real estate. As a former teacher, Suzie values the importance of educating her clients in a way that will assist them in making smart investment decisions. Suzie’s experience as Principal Broker for her former Real Estate Brokerage Company, has given her extensive first-hand knowledge in negotiations, management, analysis, and marketing. Practicing real estate since 2004, Suzie has completed hundreds of transactions, including sales, leasing, property management, and relocation. As a contracted UCLA Health System relocation expert, she has found over 200 new UCLA employees a place to live throughout Los Angeles County. In between selling and buying property for her clients, and providing new UCLA employees with places to live, she has become the preferred Realtor for USC Employment Housing.

Suzie graduated from California State University Northridge in 2001 with a Communication Studies degree and currently resides with her husband and three children in Westchester, CA. Suzie is a Los Angeles native and is the third generation in her family to be in the real estate industry. Committed to giving back to the community, Suzie enjoys volunteering as a coach of cross country and basketball for the local elementary school.
