Suzanne Thomas

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia. Suzanne lived with her husband in Atlanta, New York and Miami prior to moving to Ocala in 1974, when the couple decided to return to her husband’s hometown to raise their two young sons. As an active mother, she participated in many community organizations and served on several advisory boards and committees concerned with maintaining and improving the community. She served on the Board of Directors and as President of Fine Arts for Ocala (FAFO) and the Historic Ocala Preservation Society (HOPS). She recently completed a third term as president of HOPS. She is a former member of the Children’s Service League and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Ocala. She has been a licensed real estate salesperson for over 20 years and has sold hundreds of properties in the historic district of Ocala, as well as hundreds of commercial, residential and farm properties throughout the county.
