About Suzanne
With a dynamic background in commercial real estate marketing and a deep-rooted passion for connecting people to the places they belong, Suzanne Wittenberg brings a thoughtful, honest, and client-first approach to residential real estate.
Before becoming a licensed agent, Suzanne served as a marketing director for major commercial brokerages, including CBRE and Feinblum Real Estate, where she helped national brands like Fortunoff Backyard Stores, Sleepy's, and Ashley find ideal locations across the country. During her tenure, she developed a proprietary demographic mapping algorithm to match retailers with the right markets—always focused on understanding the people behind the numbers.
Her transition to residential real estate came from a desire to pursue something more personal. With her daughter grown and graduated, Suzanne seized the opportunity to do something for herself—channeling her decades of marketing expertise and love of storytelling into helping individuals and families find the homes where their lives will unfold.
After exploring several brokerages, Suzanne found her professional home at Coach Realtors, where she continues to grow under the mentorship of inspiring women within the company. Her goal is to build a sustainable business grounded in trust, knowledge, and the kind of care she would want from an agent herself.
A proud Long Islander, Suzanne is deeply involved in her community. She serves as Vice President of the Great South Bay Audubon Society, a trustee of B’nai Israel Reform Temple, an executive board member of its Sisterhood, and a volunteer at the Spirit of Huntington Art Center, which supports individuals on the autism spectrum.
Outside of real estate, Suzanne is a lifelong artist who writes, paints, and sculpts whenever she finds a quiet moment.
