Suzette Meshulam has worked in many fields related to property. This has included renovation, restoration and value enhancement. Suzette graduated with two degrees from Rhode Island School of Design, one in architecture the other in fine arts. Her experience has been as a designer for an architectural firm, project supervisor for residential and commercial alterations in NYC and project manager for the Architecture/Construction Administration Department at Rockefeller Center Properties.
While at Rockefeller Center the projects she managed included the commissioned "Sentinel" sculptures for the 1270 Avenue of the Americas lobby; the art restoration program for The Center's collection; interior design for the Corporate offices; and tenant build-outs of commercial space for the Real Estate division.
Having thoroughly enjoyed the pace and intensity of working with the Real Estate division, but more interested in learning about the residential market and purchase process, she made a change. From then it has been fast-forward. In the Real Estate profession for more than 8 years, she is now a Real Estate Broker and has sold properties in some of the finest buildings in the City. She specializes in the Downtown market but is familiar with New York's most noteworthy and historic residential Architecture. She is a Registered Architect and has won an award of Excellence from the AIA. She has also been appointed a member of the Private Brokerage Council and Producers’ Council.
