Eight years ago, when I was searching for a place in Brighton, Suzette was my realtor. She is kind, patient, accommodating, and an ultimate professional. She offered creative ideas about things I could consider during the process. She connected me with a financing company (not a bank) that got me financed at a low rate.

I've referred her to others in the past and will continue doing so in the future. Suzette has maintained her connection with me for eight years! If/when I'm ready to pursue another property purchase there's only one choice. Suzette will always be my realtor of choice.

Let me sum up my review by saying Suzette is really outstanding. She personably walked with my wife and I every step of the way to find us our first home. She made finding a home (which is tough nowadays) a very comfortable experience. She went out of her way to accommodate my requests and schedule times to meet at various homes until we found the one. She exceeded expectations in every way, and was in our corner through thick and thin. I appreciate how honest she is. My wife and I often sought her advice. We learned a great deal. She helped us make many decisions.
She also took care of so many things for us, from contacting the township with questions, communicating with the seller, and communicating with us regularly so we were always on the same page.
Frankly, she is the best realtor I’ve ever encountered. I will always strongly recommend Suzette Nelson to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.

Suzzette Nelson is top knotch the most organized, proactive, experienced realtor I know! She gave us great advice to get our home listing ready and buyer inviting. She had professional photos taken, listed our home within 3 days, hosted 2 open houses over the weekend and had us accepting an offer by the end of the weekend. Working with Suzette at KW Realty to sell my Dad's condo in Brighton was a wonderful experience. Suzette is very professional and motivated to work with you to get the property listed in it's best light and get it sold. She provided feedback after each showing. She was very responsive to all my needs, going above and beyond to go check on the property with a concern I had because I live out of the area. If you want a realtor that goes above and beyond, Suzzette is your gal! Communication with her was easy and she’s always making sure you feel comfortable as possible throughout the process. Whenever a house popped up, she always made sure she was available and did her best to meet our times(which last minute is pretty hard but she killed it.) If I didn’t understand something, Suzzette would explain it and make sure I knew what was going on. We were afraid to get a realtor that wouldn’t prioritize us, but that was never an issue here! And with the market being rough for buyers right now, I was ready to throw in the towel but she kept reassuring us we’d find our forever home, and we did with the help of her! Give Suzzette a call. She will never disappoint!!!!
