I’m Svetlana and I am your Florida Licensed Realtor.

I started off as a real estate investor, building a portfolio of residential properties and handling my own property management. As my passion for real estate grew, it seemed only logical that I should make this passion a career. I have since accumulated extensive experience in home evaluation, negotiation, home inspection, remodeling and renovations.

Prior to entering the business of real estate, I spent a number of years in financial industry, helping homeowners obtain loans to purchase properties. I know first hand how lending works so I can help my customers navigate through the process with ease.
