Sydney Caldwell

Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, Sydney has a passion to show clients everything the Charlotte area has to offer. Before beginning her career in Real Estate, Sydney gained market knowledge, education, and unparalleled customer service skills through obtaining a Bachelor’s degree at Appalachian State University (Go Neers!). Her love for her home state grew through the years being a student in the mountains of NC, spending most of her time outdoors, exploring nature and the seasons that our beautiful state has to offer. Sydney has a strong passion for spending time on her mini-farm and giving back to communities in many ways including charity work through organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, The Nature Conservancy, and Make-A-Wish Foundation. When away from the office, Sydney enjoys running, traveling, cooking, and most importantly spending time with family and friends including her dog, Lyla.
