About Sydney

Sydney has close to two decades of experience alongside Jeff Jackson in one of the most dynamic and competitive global real estate markets. Throughout this time her work within the many diverse layers of commercial and residential markets has given her a multi-faceted approach to real estate that clients, coworkers, and other stakeholders have come to find invaluable. In particular, her ability to understand valuation and communicate with clients- whether first time home buyers, investors, or veteran property owners—has been integral to making deals and helping many realize their dream of finding the perfect home.

Sydney’s journey into real estate began in 2003 when she joined the largest independently owned appraisal firm in the New York metropolitan area, where she coordinated valuation services with global financing entities, law firms, and other institutional investors. Specifically, she assisted in the daily management of the appraisal and residential brokerage businesses. Following her foray into appraisal work, she took her regional market expertise to a prestigious boutique firm, Centric Property Group in Greenwich, Connecticut. At Centric she acquired her real estate salesperson’s license in 2006, and soon achieved the role of Chief Operating Officer and Marketing Director. After helping to lead the Centric team toward a robust $200 million dollar year in sales, Centric built upon this success by teaming up with a new affiliate the Corcoran brand. At the newly formed Corcoran Centric Realty, as Chief Marketing Officer, Hubbell coordinates collaborative efforts between teams and applies this joint expertise toward continued growth in the sector.

Sydney graduated from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY with a BA in Operations Management and Marketing. She holds Licensed Real Estate Salesperson licenses in both New York and Connecticut, and recently became a Licensed Broker in North Carolina. Like many members of her family, Sydney is an artist with an exceptional eye for detail and craftsmanship. And, with three children in tow, she also understands the importance of finding the balance between family and work.
