Sylvia is a Residential and Commercial real estate veteran with 29 years of experience in wide array of real estate transactions. Sylvia has built strong foundation of clients, customers and associates which have been an intricate part of her success.
Sylvia was born in Stockholm, Sweden, grew up in New York City and Brooklyn, NY, then her family moved to Scotia, NY. Sylvia graduated Scotia Glenville High School and Schenectady County Community College with a Paralegal degree. Previous work career consists of being a medical assistant and secretary in both hospital and private practices.
Sylvia has had a long record of successful ly guiding local and relocating clients with their real estate acquisitions, lease obligations and asset reposition and dispositions. Sylvia has had residential and commercial transactions worth 30 million over 29 years.
Sylvia specializes in applying her expertise and vast real estate knowledge to her Equitas Realty office, retail space, residential, multi families that consistently exceed the investment goals of her client and customers’ needs. Sylvia is a member of Greater Capital District Multiple Listing Services and Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc. She was a Past Treasurer and VP of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Million Dollar clubs and Veterans programs and associations.
Sylvia is married and has two married children living in San Diego, CA.
